Did you have the scrotum removed too?

Mine is pretty big and still looks like a scrotum when cold and looks like a ton of dangling skin when warm. I had my orchi a month ago and didn't have my scrotum removed, so the skin could be used later if I choose to get GCS. It's a lot though, so I hope it shrinks or I might have another surgery to have it removed.

I had mine a little less the a year ago, retained scrotum, and in that time it’s really shrunk down. It is definitely still there and I notice it, but much less dysphoria and doesn’t bother me too much when tucking at the beach, etc. I plan do do GCS down the road so I left it, but my doctor said if I change my mind it’s a fairly easy surgery to have it removed.

wow. my first view of such a thing. the suprising part is that prior to my grs, i kind of feel like that IS what i looked like down there. my testes had shrunk so significantly. obviously not flat like you but. interesting.

congrats! happy day

Dilating really isn't that big of a deal, especially after the first year. I have a very active sex life with my boyfriend, and I dilate once a week for 15 minutes (if I remember.)

If someone doesn't want to deal with it at all, that's their decision and that's totally valid. I just get annoyed when people make it out to be a lot more tedious than it really is. I mean, tons of us will take pills multiple times a day for the rest of our lives, but somehow laying on the couch and sticking a dildo up your vag once or twice a week for 15 minutes is a bridge too far? And a lot of folks find they don't even need to dilate after a certain amount of time anyway.

I mean, it is, but things like regular sex and masturbation can supplant the need to dilate.

Can you tell me if you still get erections? Are you trans? How has this affected your sex life? Can you have penetration sex?

Yes I can still have an erection (if I wanted it - I dont).

Yes I am trans.

Sex life - I am multi orgasmic now. Its 1000x better.

Yes, I could have penetration sex. But I'd rather be penetrated!

Fellow orchi here ~8months. Curious, when did your scrotum skin really start to shrink? Separate, but is that a blood vessel or a fold of skin on the underside of the penis? Did you already have that?

I had most of my scrotum removed. The skin thats left is still shrinking.

Its a fold, and yes I already had it.

What type of orchi is that called? I don't want the extra skin

orchi is testes, scrotectomy involves the scrotum. so youd ask ur doc for a bilateral orchi with scrotectomy.

Did your testicles shrink? I’m guessing this is the result of HRT?
