Question 1: Did you opt for sigmoid colon graft because the donor material you had was not enough?
Question 2: What about the odour and leaking? I've read (from the available information/surgeon that does it in EU, and other trans subs/forum) that because of the sigmoid colon graft, it is not odourless and does leak (need to wear an in-liner/panty pad).
These photos are posted by someone working for medical for a medical clinic in Thailand. i.e. itβs advertising and not their surgery.

...about the legitimacy of your question...a "C-section" is a cesarean section it is a procedure for the delivering of a baby...not likely to be a C-section if its in this sub...
