I would move the chin shave to must have. Otherwise, you’ve got a plan.

You have a very good list of surgeons already. Please avoid Bart Van de Ven and don't listen to those who recommend him. He's russian roulette you either end up okay with nerve damage, dead, botched or comatose with nerve damage.

Agreed with what you said. The forehead contouring is the highest priority item - your brow protrudes and shadows the eyes. You also would benefit from filling in the corners of the hairline, and maybe some chin work. A sharp jaw angle and a "strong" jaw are not necessarily masculinizing features; it can be very beautiful and model-esque on both men and women.

I went to Dr. Mardirossian. The forehead contouring he did for me was so significant and unnatural. I was looking for a subtle change and he quite literally removed most of the contour around my eyes altogether as well. Not requested. 2 years post surgery and I'm seeking help to restore some of the structure I once had to my face. Big regrets

I know this is a really old thread but why did you remove Cardenas? Just starting my research.

If you put it here then everyone can benefit.
