Congrats Sonia! I'm wondering what they recommend for scar healing?

Furacin + Iruxol in the first few months, and later Ovestin. Scars might disappeared pretty well as you can see, but yeah... after revision all that is gone and now I have brand new porn star vulva šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø I'm bit worried about my sensation after all those changes, but I think I feel my clitoris pretty well when I contract my spongy muscles (yeah... I masturbate without hands. I just use spongy muscles, they're so much fun, I swear 🤣)

Very interesting that you're using Ovestin! Is this for moisture? I'm using .5% Testosterone cream inside my vagina once a week after dilation to strengthen the skin (it doesn't masculinize me at all). Haha I can't wait to control my spongy muscles like you.

Ovestin improves circulation and soften the tissues. Helps archiving better depth and stimulates mucus production by urethral lining. Since it improves circulation it maximizes sensation as well and leads to better pleasure.

Very curious. Why did you use testosterone inside your vagina? Does testosterone have anything to do with vaginas? Dr Suporn recommends Ovestin or any estriol/estrogen preparation with no alcohol

Aside from the scar, what did you not like about it? Did you get any push back from your surgeon, or did you have to explain exactly what you didn't like?

Look forward to seeing revision pics! :)

I'm worried about scarring for myself because I tend to scar for every little cut!

The scars weren't that visible, and they would probably mostly disappear over time. I actually liked it the way it used to be, and now I have this new, more symmetrical, slimmer, more elegant, version that I don't recognize anymore. I need to learn to love it again, because I can't revert that. It's more practical now, looks almost perfect, like made in factory, porn star vulva. But the one I had before (as on this picture) I loved, felt like my own, like I was born with it, and this new one is... new. It looks like after plastic surgery. It's too perfect. And yet, it goes well with my perfect breasts. So now I just look like a doll. I kind of like it TBH

That you plan to improve with the revision, it is already a very good result.

It's already done. It's been revisioned. I'm very, very impatient to see it fully healed. Right now, it's back to square one, all in stitches and bandages...

And what elements of your vulva did you improve? I hope you have a very good recovery

It's hard to say. I just seen it today morning and it looked completely different. It's very pretty I think, but it needs some time before I can post a picture. It doesn't hurt me at all. I still feel it, and I can still move my kegels šŸ˜‰ Believe me, I'm as curious as you to see it in its full beauty šŸ˜

Was your birth equipment circumcised? Is foreskin relevant?

No, never. Yes, foreskin is super important, it gives you all the pleasure.

Is it still relevant for SRS? I'm circumcised

Dr Schaff can create your vulva even if you're circumcised. However in your case he would need to do more work under microscope to connect all the nerves correctly. He said it would cost extra. I can only say on my own experience that sensation is absolutely perfect.

Vulva and vagina are two separate problems. Dr Schaff has special method for each of them. Your being circumcised wouldn't affect the way your vagina is created, but would affect the way your vulva is. At least in my case, my vulva is primary source of any orgasm.

I've been up close to enough "real" vaginas I know what they look like, and honestly I wouldn't know It wasn't "real" unless I studied it super close even then it just looks lighter around the edges, honestly I wouldn't even suspect a thing especially if it's in the moment. Definitely cant wait to see the newer one if it looks even better, hopefully I didn't sound cringe at all 😬.

I'm receiving cunnilingus from my catheter right now... I'm crying... it doesn't want to stop. I'm definitely going to die today from too much orgasm...

The catheter is gone since yesterday (so, no more forced cunnilingus). I dilated yesterday evening and today morning. It was my first time since my revision surgery. I had to be very, very careful, and I used Furacin cream to avoid grazing new suturing. I was quite amazed and very positively surprised that it didn't shrink and the depth is actually nice 18cm (7"). That's a lot. Also my natural vaginal discharge is still there, still smells female, and it's very wet as it should. The dilator goes down to 18cm depth practically with no resistance. The sensation is pretty nice. The vestibule is now very pushed in, and it's quite fun to play with it. The interlabial sulci are less deep now, and that I think improved circulation. The right labia minora has been trimmed so that it's not in the way when I need to urinate. In general my vulva is way more practical now, and more anatomically correct, which is a nice to have feature.

I'm definitely not transphobic, im transgender (mtf) myself, and I truly believe you misinterpreted what I meant, when I wrote real I put it in quotes as in quote on quote when referring to cis vaginas maybe I should of worded it slightly better, but I never said her vagina was not real because it is. You can look at my comments I do nothing but try to spread body positivity within the transgender community.

*Edit: I just wanted to tell you that you're hella cuute btw.

I don't think anyone asked for your opinion. It's also rude to call someone "dude" when you don't know if it's a correct statement or not. There is still something called free speech and just because you are sensitive to how someone says something does not make it ok to call them names......Especially some one barely in their 20's who really doesn't know much about the real world.

We removed hanging stuff, opened vaginal orifice, kept the sensitive parts. It looks slimmer now, there's more symmetry and perhaps it's more photogenic. Having said that it's still all purple, and will take another few months to get it back to look normal. It looks like typical female vulva after plastic surgery...
