Your doctor did a great job imo, but I understand feeling self conscious as I deal with that too. Just remember, vulvas come in all different shapes and sizes! And you definitely fall within very normal variation (:

Skin tag on the perineum or something else?
Have you been using any silicone scar treatments?
I have been using MediHoney for wound care. Pretty sure it's a skin tag, it was there before the surgery
