Would you mind naming your surgeon?

I feel like this should be a requirement to post here. Otherwise it just belongs on trans wild or some similar sub.

Beautiful! Picking the right size seems like a dark art but you nailed it! Have you noticed any nipple/areola changes after three months?

The doctor informed me that the size of the implant might stretch my nipple size, but my nipples were already the size of a US half dollar coin so I didn’t see much of a changed

According to the doctors, 800cc is the largest implant, so for reference, I’m 5’11 and roughly 320lbs. The bra I’m wearing is a 42C, my boobs definitely don’t fit in that bra anymore. I need to go get re-sized, but I’m pretty sure I’m a 44DD now.

Does nipple sensitivity stay the same? I want implants but nipple sensitivity is important for intimacy for me. And I don't want to loose that.

Definitely not. After surgery both my nipples had feeling, but a few days later my left nipple went completely numb. It’s slowly coming back and for me it feels much more sensitive than I remember. I used to not get off on nipple play, but now they’re super tingly.

I actually didn’t pay to have them done, my insurance paid for the procedure. I have LA Care through Medi-Cal.

They look great :) I'm impressed that you could go straight to 800cc, did it hurt heaps?. How long had you been on hormones and how much development did you have before the surgery?

Awesome question! I’ve been on hormones since October 2018, my breasts had developed to about a full B cup maybe a small C cup. Unfortunately being as big as I am, the only band that fit were C cup bras and that caused loads of dysphoria seeing all that empty space in the cups, I would often stuff my bras with “chicken cutlets” from amazon or Walmart.

I feel ya girl I am an 18A (I think that's a 40A in USA) so I just wear sports bras (or no bras). Super keen to get my boobs done, hopefully late next year (that'd be between 1.5 and 2 years hormones)

What are some unexpected things that you’ve noticed after your surgery? Are they heavy and is it difficult to adjust to the weight difference? How long have you been on hormones?

Why did you choose high profile ones?

The doctor actually suggested that. Prior to my consultation I had no knowledge of high or low profile implants. I was concerned about the implants being narrow on my chest because the implants he was showing me were all small. I was reassured by the doctor that the implants would actually fill out my chest due them being the largest size.

That’s odd reasoning. You having a large base width requires implants with a larger diameter, but it doesn’t imply anything about the projection. I’ve written exhaustively about this sort of thing https://17bestradiol.com/wiki/Essay:On_whether_it%27s_necessary_to_have_a_specialized_surgeon_for_breast_augmentation

If you look at the first link of a breast implant catalogue you’ll see that natrelle makes implants 17cm wide (which is presumably your width) with all projections so your options would be like 600 to 800cc. All of those would be suitable for your body and most surgeons prefer moderate projection.

I meant the 33 in a million chance of getting alcl from textured implants. I’m willing because I think textured implants give more natural “cuter” results.

That’s the most practically oriented thing I’ve written but if you click on the link on the infobox you’ll find a link to another essay I wrote complaining about a study’s methodology. I run that website and there are a few articles written on it already, mostly by me.
