It’s possible to edit comments on reddit.

I’m curious why you didn’t try travel to another country for surgery if it’s illegal in Egypt? How do you even find a local surgeon to do this?

We have rules for Egyptians for traveling to have minimum of 2000usd in a bank account to just travel even if i want asylum, and i can't find work and no one agree to employ me, and this surgery costed me 1200usd

Congratulations on getting this done despite it being illegal in your country! Sounds very stressful! How have you been feeling?

Yes, but the doctors here don't want to fix this surgery with another one before i change the gender in my local ID from male to female, and I'm trying to do that now and i hope they'll agree

I think it’s beautiful. I got mine in another country, if lived in Egypt or a place where it was illegal, I don’t know how much I would manage to get done. Your a super courageous woman!!

Also I’m sure Canada would take you as a human running from persecution if you played it right.

You should be on hormones also to help with body hair

Well it’s not recommended to have bottom surgery without it

That is wrong. Many scrape before or flat out remove the skin layer containing hair follices during surgery.

That technique is not 100% this is why electrolysis is recommended. Laser is not 100% either. Why take a chance on hair growing inside.

Isn't it uncomfortable to have all that hair in the folds? Generally women don't have hair on the labia minora or clit hood.
