I had SRS a week ago through the public health system in Barcelona. The surgery was free, however, I had to wait 4 years until I finally was referred to the hospital. I'll be happy to answer any questions!

How much is your vaginal depth? To have a very short time, it looks very good, and how has your recovery been?

The recovery has been mostly painless - most of the discomfort (and the smell, ew) went away when they took the packing out. For now I can fit a 16cm/6,3 inch dilator in, but apparently the scrotal tissue can become tighter over time and that can result in loss of depth if you don't dilate properly.

Would you mind naming your surgeon?

It was the trans unit at Bellvitge hospital. They have various plastic surgeons, a urologist and a nurse, and they all take part in the surgery. I don't know all of their names, but I'll ask!

I could get the name of two of the doctors in the team: Dr Sílvia de la Torre and Dr Begoña Etcheverry. The nurse's name is Mertixell Sampera. I couldn't get the full list of names though.
