If that's from a recent electrolysis session eg. a week ago then I wouldn't worry yet. If it's been there for more than a month it probably is pitting and the chemical or laser solutions others have mentioned might work.

From thermolysis. It will go away in time (1-2 years for me).

Is this permanent? Can I get it treated? I'm going to be getting FFS in October, can they fix it?

This is pitting which is unfortunately permanent and caused by poor technique. C02 laser is the best treatment currently available which can help improve the appearance but won’t get rid of it.

Someone said something about AHA peels? and apparently they fix it? .. Do you know anything about those?

AHA peels only exfoliate the skin which can help improve the discolouration but they won’t fix the scarring.

TCA peels are deeper, and will help. You should get it done professionally, at least the first time. And know there is down time. Unless you are totally into the bare faced look, a good smoothing primer and medium to full coverage foundation should clear that up easily.

Are you going to someone who uses a red burning laser or a cool soothing one. I forget the names but there’s a difference. I find the burning red laser ones leave marks personally.
