It is not a bad result, in fact it is very natural and aesthetic, but there is always revision labiaplasty as an option, and two questions: What is it that you do not like about your vulva? and opting for revision surgery. What would you like to improve?

Vaginas come in all shapes and types. You could be stealth with that in my opinion because I think it looks great. But if you're not satisfied revision is your option

Dr's can offer steroid creams to prevent scaring, or cryotherapy/removal to mitigate scars. So scars aren't a guarantee (I keloid so I get it)
Byt call me blunt if you want, there's not much else you can do and what you've got is what you got girl. So I say if you're not gonna go for revision then get comfortable with what you have and that's a damn fine hoohah.
I’m a student PT working in pelvic health. I have seen many vulvas. Of women of all ages. Your result is beautiful and completely AFAB passing. A lot of cis women would be jealous.

you still have a lot of swelling, how many months of healing is this? three? your result is great for this type of surgery. You won't know the fully settled result until 6 months or more has passed. My result at 3 months looks nothing like it does now at 8 months.

Don't do a damn thing. That's a good result now, in 6 months things will look better than you can imagine. You are totally correct. You do not want more scars from correcting problems you don't have. LOL! I'm an expert on this scar business. Let it ride. You can always revisit it in 2022.

But if you are not 100% happy then you should definitely discuss it with the surgeon and see what they can do. It is your body and it needs to be right.
It does look a little swollen and their advice may be just to wait. But you should still have a consultation with them and find out.

No its cool huns..i know i may seem aggressive in the comments but it just seems as we have to many other trans woman trying to silence one another...i asked my surgeon for a fat labia and guess what she said she will give me one, i showed her pics and everything and she said she will try her best for me next month. I say all this because just because we are getting a vagina and should be “lucky” to have one does not mean we have to settle for what the surgeon creates for us. And this is to these girls in the comments being shady.

Because many trans girls hate on one another and when someone doesn’t think like them or should be “satisfied” then its a problem. When cis girls get plastic surgery they can be demanding on what they want but when its a trans girl we suppose to shut up and be satisfied. And this is why i don’t have trans woman friends because we do NOT think the same.
