Nerve regeneration is causing neuropathy. Which is a bit of a problem. All of those nerve endings are screaming, and I'm having to take meds to combat it. I also discovered, that for a few weeks now, I may have been living with a small fistula that went unnoticed. Urine comes out of my vagina, and the intended urethral opening. Not doc's fault, likely happened during dilation. Especially using the larger dilator. The fistula was confirmed when my PCP gently passed a cotton swab through the intended opening and out into my vagina. πŸ˜‘πŸ™ƒ Besides that, my dehisence on the thigh is healing. My vagina feels GOOD! My clit has amazing sensation, and I'm loving her look more and more every day. She's mine, and I love her quirks and all. Please do not let my fistula scare you, it has a lot to do with my own body, and possibly my past self harm issues. Dr. Freet is an amazing surgeon, and has promised to help me fix this issue. :) I'll keep you all updated.

May I ask, and this could be my ignorance on the method, if you have an increase sensitivity on your clit? This is something I hope for but never really asked.

I'm hoping to get my consultation done later this year so I'm trying to gather all the info I can before that happenens

Besides your complications the aesthetics are phenomenal. Even a proper clitoral hood! This is one of the more cis looking results I've seen.

I asked for a more medium clit by the way. A little bigger than normal, but not huge.

Just a little question. How did you realise that you had a fistula? What made you aware, the signs? Btw, you have really great results!

And thanks :) I found my urethra, after surgery, then traced it back. There's a weak stream from the intended urethra and a strong one from my vagina.

Do you have to stop dilation?

No. :) I realized because urine was coming out of my vagina. It was probably a small tear that happened while dilating.

I'm going to see my doctor in one hour cuz I think I have it... I sometimes lay and a stream of urine comes out of my vagina and I also I dilate and there's a brown liquid on the dilater...

Brown liquid could be graft dissolving. But definitely have it checked for your comfort.
