Both possible without anything being untoward. If concerned get it checked out however I would just sit on it for the time being, sorry for the bad pun.

I was hoping at first that it just was some trapped air, but feel pressure building in the rectum that then lead to release through the vagina 😔 Some for the douching, this did not look like diarrhea... 😫

So it is indeed a fistula. Terrible situation in the words of the surgeon. Nothing can be done at this stage before 2 months. I wanna die.

Don't worry too much. It's maybe a small fistula which can be fix! Do you have to stop dilating? Did he put a camera to see how big it was?
