Well both have non penile inversion, and i think this self lubrification will depends how you get wet now, before surgery…they call pre-cum…i think even if you get some lub after surgery will not be enough to have penetration …for that its better you try peritoneal or colon…
I dont need lube for sex, to the point I actually need to put down a towel first lmao
