Looks like granulation to me, you can ask to be treated with silver nitrate, or get a steroid cream to apply for a few weeks. Silver nitrate is quick, painless and gets rid of them completely in one second..

Is silver nitrate prescription only or over the counter?

Unfortunately it's not a prescription, it's a treatment. You should probably ask your surgeon or an obgyn that knows what they are doing to do the silver nitrate treatment on you

Going by that red color I think its granulation.

They've appeared (and grown) over the past week or so. I have a few more in the vaginal canal, too. Is this normal? Will they go away in time or do I need to get in touch with my surgeon? They're not painful, just unsightly.

Yes, pretty typical. They tend to pop up at incision points and eventually heal up.

If they don't improve, you surgeon can treat them with silver nitrate.

Who did your surgery if I may ask? Did you go to NYU or mt Sinai?

I’m in California and went to UCLA. Surgery was performed by Dr. Ng., who performed the peritoneal flap vaginoplasty. Very happy with my results thus far.

Try putting some Antibiotic cream (ask doctor for prescription) or Canesten (otc I think) or Vaseline, Bepanthen, Linomag.
