Well I may be wrong! I'm not sure if it looks that good. My cis gf keeps telling me it's really like the actual thing. To me it looks weird,jke... The urethrea is really "stuck" to the clitoris for example
Remember that all people are different. And vaginas are like snowflakes. That being said, I think it looks good, the clit is not overly pronounced, but thats not necessarily bad. That could be why you feel it is stuck to your urethra though. My cis girlfriend also thought it looks quite natural. And if your partner likes it, I would give that a lot of weight, cause they are the only other person using it lol

I think it looks quite good. I had my hair removed with laser hair removal after SRS, and it worked well. You can do the same.
I like hair... I don't want them removed :/. I just find my lips way too puffy and the inside kinda weird

Really? Well I'm glad... The inside is all squishy, but it isn't really like a cis vagina. Mine feels softer, less "grainy" and elastic :/
I think with time, it will look even better. But if you are still unhappy then, go for a revision.

Your results look fantastic. If there are a few things that you want changed, talk to you surgeon about a revision. Revisions are typically simple and the recovery is much easier. Also remember, you are still healing and have swelling. I'm 8 plus months post op and still see changes.
If you didn’t tell me this was SRS I wouldn’t have known. Honestly all vaginas look different and I’ve seen cis vaginas that look a lot like yours!

Give it time! That looks superb! Maybe a little of swelling and then the smoothness you describe inside compared to the ‘graininess’ of cis-vagina- that is because we don’t have vaginal rugae. That’s just a natural limitation. But even still, it looks so good. For the record- I’m 6 days post op from Chettawut; if my results are as good as yours, I’ll be so so so happy.
Oh- and try estradiol gel. I’ve heard that helps with moistness and overall aesthetics.
Plus- a poster above is correct. In so many cultures, those fat lips are a blessing. Look up ‘So Mi Like It’ by Spice. She’s not trans but she has fat lips like that and it’s seen as a blessing!!

It looks great for such a short time after surgery! I think there might be some swelling and stuff still going on around the lips, but as it continues to heal it can look more natural. I’m not here to tell you to be happy with it, but it looks great for this stage of recovery and I think it’ll continue to get better. There are options for revision if you really feel strongly about it.
No revision, ever, I'm way too terrified of doctors and surgeries 😫

You look so lovely! Post-op depression is super normal. Adjusting to an entirely new body part can't happen overnight. Give yourself time to heal, physically and emotionally.

I actually LOVE the new body part. I didn't need any adjustment whatsoever. The depression comes from somewhere else... The way it looks, a drop in my testosterone levels... I'm not sure
I mean, looks good to me? Vaginas come in all shapes and sizes, the "abnormalities" you think you see make it look even more realistic imo I'd be happy with your results

You’ve mentioned depression. Which often occurs after major surgery. Along with anxiety in regards to doctors and surgery. If you’re not already seeing a psychiatrist, you might want to see one.

Like I guess why aren't you happy with it? It looks very similar to some cis vaginas I've seen. However, I have specific aesthetic hopes for my vaginoplasty so I can also understand having a perfectly "cis looking" vagina but wishing it was different.
