We have a few that are too tier I would say.

Dr. Morath + Schöll in Munich Rotkreuzklinikum
Dr. Heß in Essen
Dr. Markovsky in Munich Bogenhausen/Passing
I've chosen markovsky cause he was nice in the first meeting, has a good reputation within my peer group, has only a few month waiting list (cause they only do surgery's in this clinic) and he is doing penile + scrotal for Vagina, use the forehead and a little bit of urethra.
But all in all, all of the above are top tier in Germany and very close to each other in terms of what they can and can't do.
Schaff/Morath/Schöll are even pretty well known in The Netherlands. I've only heard good things about them when it comes to results. Some of my friends went there and were quite happy.

Do you have any idea what the price would approximately be? I live in Denmark and it's hard to get permission to get bottom surgery here so I might travel for it and Germany seems convenient.
Don't know any pricing since it's completely covered by our insurance.
But I would guess around 20-25k (at least that's what I've heard about Dr. Schaff, wouldn't think that the others are cheaper)

That's fair, technically the remainder of what I have could make that structurally, but it would need to be done by the right surgeon who understands that I care more about the vulva's appearance than my vaginal depth. The problem is convincing them since most western doctors I know of go for a more conventionally attractive look (personally I don't agree with those doctors' taste, but that's just me).
My guess is that I'd be better off trying to operate on myself than feeling okay about "down there" haha.

It's almost pure luck it seems.
There's not a single surgeon on earth that has only good results.

It's clearly not a cis vulva. It looks great though but the hood is missing / differently constructed, The anterior comissure is missing, there's a sharp color difference on the labia minora where they stitched together foreskin and shaft skin, there is a hair on the lower side of the labia minora (not normal) and the scars on the labia majora are still visible when you look close enough.
This is chettawuts or suporns work.
But hey I'm glad that you don't believe it is because that means this is more than good enough and mine looks like this (suporn)
