As a trans person, how do you know if you have tuberous breasts? I think I do but at my consultation I was told it looked that way because we have wider chests
Mine were very deformed. They were basically big nipples that poked outwards. I had no fullness, no upper or lower poles. I looked like that person in the video I linked in here.
Also theres varying degrees. It's called ptosis if you want to read more.
It's also quite common, but the only fix is surgery unfortunately.
Also being trans doesn't mean you cant have nice breasts. It's just a lot of us get this condition (through puberty).
There's a bit on it in the wiki here

Looks gorgeous
Thank you π
Youβre welcome and good luck
I like the size! What size did you get?

Thanks! And how tall are you? Sorry for all the questions I want to get ba soon but now sure what to get.
I'm 6'1 wishing I was 5'1 lol

Yep! You can see it being performed here:
Also yes, implants alone will make it worse. I learned that the hard way. Do not ever try to fix with just implants.
Super interesting thank you!

Well in this example the surgeon does scoring inside the areola. They cut away and this releases the tension inside. Afterwards they use a tool which let's the constricted tissue be stretched to its actual shape. Then they stitch everything up around the new smaller areola, create a pocket for the implants and insert them.
So yeah both the breast lift/tuberous correction and BA are done together.
You can have the issue resolved without implants too by the way so you dont have to have them if you dont want them.
There are other procedures you can take too but they can result in scars on the actual breast. I think what you get depends on the severity of your case.
If you search for tuberous breast correction on reddit you'll find examples of people that have had the surgery with varying types of scars.
I'm incredibly lucky that my scarring is only around the areola.
Also, this operation is a longer recovery. Takes longer for things to settle etc. At least thsts what I've read. It's a very specialised procedure but I've been told most surgeons performing BA are taught to perform tuberous breast correction too.
those hips tho!!! wow girl.
Thanks haha!
Just came to say your body in general is sooo good!
Aw thank you!
They look great! And your hips
Great result
Thank you! Do you think theres any way of knowing what they might look like after 6 months?
Congratulations! You look fantastic π₯°
Thanks so much!
I'm jealous of the hips. Amazing results!
Fantastic result! They are going to look so soo good when they settle into their final position
Thank you, I hope so! I've been trying to imagine what they might look like π€
Like now but even more "naturally you" looking
Would you mind posting before photos and/or naming your surgeon?
Unfortunately I dont have any before photos... yes I was ashamed of how I looked pre-surgery.
If I name the surgeon it may identify me and I know for a fact they post here. If anyone wants to know though I'm happy to say so in a dm. I did travel to Thailand though and it was performed by a very famous transgender surgeon.
Not really, but you can apply breast massage technique to help the implants into the internal pocket.
I'm glad you stuck with the plan, they look great.
Really all to do with your surgeon. He is the only one you can trust to give you accurate info. The difficulty is pricing it out of him - as you are virtually asking him to further confirm his work.
