One point, cheap glass dilators, like you get from aliexpress are not safe. See this article

Remember, if it's worth doing, it's worth doing poorly...

I.e. If you can't dilate as frequently as you are supposed, doing fewer times still has a large amount of value than not doing it at all. Your vagina will thank you in the long run!
