Healing has progressed well. Aesthetics are so good.
I guess part of what I see is a lack of swelling and that is good. I think there is a lack of detail compared to the small number of cis vaginas I have seen. Maybe that is still due to swelling. Inner labia not too clear. But as accomplished_cow says below, what we don't see is sensitivity and function. Looks better than mine, at 4 months. So kudos. Nice vulva.

I immediately knew it was Dr. Avanessian because her results are very consistent. Looks just like mine (post-op 6 months with Dr. Avanessian).
How much hair removal did you have to do?
Looks like a good result. If you have sensitivity and can reach some level of depth, Iād say very good results.

First glance yes it does look really good but I will give minus for the lack of labia minora, clitoral hood and frenulum (posterior commissure)
