Its possible to do that, hrt isn't required for surgery. At least for non Binary people, not sure about our lady friends out there

It’s now possible to do grs without srs, mostly for nonbinary amab people. It’s still under gender dysphoria disorder tho

There’s a subthread here in reddit for amab that went srs or considering srs
