Yes lol… the hospital didn’t seem to have a real ice pack and gave me those throughout the day. I suppose that’s a lot cheaper than ice packs. 🤣

There’s still swelling

Mostly healed. I don’t feel much swelling anymore. But the stitches wound around the hairline and under the nose are not fully healed yet. You just can’t see them clearly because of the hair and makeup.

If you don't mind me asking, what was your pain level like and how did your deal with it?

I have a very high pain tolerance. The worst pain I had was kidney stone… that was a 10. This surgery was maybe 6 for the first 2 days. And then I was pretty much ok although my face was swollen like a balloon. I took pain medication at night only once a day to help me sleep, but it didn’t help because the problem was I couldn’t breathe through my nose for the first week due to the cast inside the nose blocking the air passage.

Pain depends a lot on surgical technique.

Oh wow your swelled up like I did. Mine was awful. I'm about 90 day post op and I'm still swelling in my jaw and chin and and by my ears.. It's really variable but it's getting better.

You look absolutely beautiful btw! 😊❤️

Thanks. And yes, my surgeon told me my rate of healing (21 days) was not typical. Most people have swelling up to 6 months and a few up to a year.

Will I'm ones of the unlucky ones.. I don't mind as long as I'm pretty. 😍 and so far I'm happy can't wait till swelling goes all the way down.

Again you look great I would like to see the progress. 😊
