Sensation is there for sure. Iāve been getting orgasms through my clitoris consistently since last week. The vaginal canal seems to be lacking sensations at the moment though. Depth is 6-6.5 inches based on the dilator. I think this is the robot assisted penile inversion. Dr. Bluebond only does this kind and you can probably find more on it on this sub.

My experience with her was amazing since the beginning I called her office in October 2018 appointment was scheduled for July 16 2019 I spoke with her and doctor lee also a nurse will finish with all that is there to learn about the upcoming surgery I went to a few appointments after and in Sep 2019 I was scheduled for surgery on January 7 2021 I spent the year getting electrolysis. When the day finally arrived I have to be at the hospital at 5:30am my husband and I got there in time we went with the nurse and they started to prepared me for surgery Dr Rachel came to the room she was the sweetest and help me and my husband to be calm assured that everything will be fine after that they gave me some pills and took me to the operation room cold sf lol the team make me feel welcome i was so nervous , after that I wake up with my beautiful Ćrsula (thatās how I name her at the beginning lol) I was in the vip room the food was really good mind blowing hospital foods sucks thankfully this was not the case ! I I was discharged 5 days later and went home the first few weeks are the worst not going to lie about it , but after 2weeks I started having feelings down there I wasnāt sure I thought it was crazy due to the swollen and so soon wrong! I have my first relief (u know what I mean) while dilating best sensation ever I went to my appointment and told them everything they were really happy about it lol I was too, fast forward after 3months they gave us green light for sex , by this time Ćrsula was already starting to look more like Ariel , my husband and I decided to take things slowly we played here and there till I was 100% ready , and all I can say is I have a fireworks show !!! Since then weāre pretty much active lol I also noticed that I have to much sensation and they recommend to masturbate and helped me to control her better and a year after my life , my social life and my sex life are 100% the best not regrets at all. Btw aesthetically speaking Ariel looks beautiful Dr Rachel really took her time with her and I couldnāt be happier I hope this helps if you want to know anything more specific let me know šbtw she was able to give me 8.5 depth more than what I was expecting

Thanks! Idk what trocar-port is but I have two incisions on my abdomen in total. One is on the left side of the lower abdomen. The other is right on top of the belly button, on the top wall of the ābelly button wellā if that makes sense.
A trocar port is used to give the robotic equipment access to the abdomen and seals against the pressure (Edit) of the carbon dioxide pumped in to inflate the abdomen, and prevents the gas from escaping during the surgery.

I booked a consult in December for August of 2023 but they said when I got my letters in they might be able to get me one sooner. Well, I got my letters in last week and now I'm booked for a consult in early March. So don't let the long consult wait discourage you.
I had my consultation 4-5 years ago. The wait for consultation was roughly 6-8 months but I didnāt schedule for surgery right away due to mental health reasons and I waited until roughly June of 2020 to get a second consultation with a social worker on their team to get my situation reevaluated. Then I submitted all the necessary paperwork in October of 2020 and got a call around November-December of the same year and got scheduled for Jan 14, 2022. It might have been expedited due to covid reschedules and stuff so your mileage might vary greatly.

Hi, mine is the hybrid technique from what I know. Truth is I never did any research before getting the surgery so I canāt answer a lot of your questions. Iām satisfied with my results both aesthetically and functionally. I donāt plan on getting any revisions. Depth is around 6-6.5 inches. I donāt know if I self-lubricate because I am not allowed to insert anything into my vagina besides the dilator just yet. I was also told to douche. Dilation has been fine, painful for sure but not unbearable. I was able to get on the largest dilator before the one month mark. The aftercare is truly amazing. I live in NYC, 5 minutes walking distance from the surgeonās office so itās been really easy for me.
I just asked the surgery team which technique it is and I will get back to you tomorrow.
Update: I asked Dr. Bluebond-Langner and the technique was peritoneal flap but some penile skin were used. She said " a little bit of penile skin and some scrotal skin was used to line the first part of the vaginal canal and the peritoneal flaps were used for additional depth in the deepest portion of the vaginal canal". So I would consider this to be the hybrid method you're talking about? I also asked the team about self-lubrication a few weeks ago and they said that there would be some but most likely not enough to not use lube.
