1 year after and here what i think….I like very much of my results, of course the scars on the right side its not beautiful caused by the hypergranulation that i had right on the entrance…but I dont know if I will do any revisions…talking about sex…i can have normal sex with my husband ( average size ) and its very pleasant…the yellow discharge finally stopped, sometimes she can appear but not like before, maybe i still have some hypergranulation at the depth i dont know…i try to shave with wax on this picture and the pain it was horrible so I’ll switch for laser…now i decrease my schedule of dilation for 2x per day too

Well normally i was supposed to do 3x per day 50 min during 2 years…totality of 150 minutes per day…i keep this schedule untill 1 year mark. Now I’m still doing 150 minutes per day but i divided doing 2x of 75 minutes
that's...A LOT of dilating. who has time for that?
i know that sigmoid colon method has less of a requirement for dilation with other surgeons but i have compared Dr. Chetts and the times are the same i believe as the modified penile inversion with graft technique he prefers to do
I mean I got inversion and my surgeons said 2x 15 mins a day from 1mo to 1 year, and then 1x 15 mins a day from 1-5 years

She went to dr Gontijo. But she had hips before surgery. There is very VERY little difference before and after. Also dr Gontijo leaves scars...

A lot of cis women do have labiaplasty for whatever reason, it's not that uncommon. Scarring is of course usually minimal, but surgery always comes with risk of complications.

Natal vulva can have scars too. My comment was based on the pictures alone and I didn't notice the scarring. I think your vulva looks beautiful and if I were to go through with vaginoplasty (jury's still out on that right now) I believe I would be very satisfied with the results you have achieved.
That's not to say you don't have every right to feel unsatisfied, as it's your body. I'm saying that it looks very good. I'm pleased to see vaginoplasty that looks as good as yours does. Wow, how much did they charge? Did you have many complications? How long after surgery were you able to get back to normal routine, walking, bathing and sitting ? How was the bkk hospital care post surgery?

Charges was around 15.000 CHF, i didnt had many complications, just hypergranulation….I was able to normal life after 3 months with some limitations caused by hypergranulation, but treated i was able to do all the things like before, even better like go outside in bikinis etc, no complains about the staff of Chettawut, maybe some language barrier
