These are my results 6 weeks post op with Dr. Kathryn Ashley Brandt. I am extremely happy with everything about it. We were talking about doing a very easy revision in a year to give me more of a clitoral hood and more labia but I have decided I don’t want it because as I’m healing I’m falling more in love with how it looks! I ended up with about 5 - 5 1/2 inches of depth (I had single stage penile inversion vaginoplasty) Any questions leave them below I’m more than happy to answer

:) Looking absolutely lovely and I felt it too post op, that feeling of falling in love with my own anatomy. I hope your healing continues to go well.

Looks very good!

Is the amount of depth estimated based on what type of surgery you go for and the result depends on the healing or is it pretty certain what you get based on the surgery you agree upon prior?

I would be hoping for seven inches or so ideally but who knows if I'll be able to achieve that. I have a lot to work with if that makes any difference.

Yes depth depends on the surgery technique and how much u have to work with, if I’m being honest with you it will be hard to find someone who will give u 7 inches. They usually give u 6 inches of depth right after surgery but as u heal it is normal to lose some depth , it does bother me a lil bit because I’m hoping my boyfriend and I will be able to have comfortable sex but I’ve been told things can stretch and a penis is more comfortable then a hard plastic dilator lol

Not many results from dr Brandt. Thank you.

Do you have any other photos of both your labias majoras and minoras? And inside?

You look great! Congrats! Really hoping to get metoidioplasty eventually but I have to go to California to get mine because the options in Canada are limited with my specific needs.

I got in for consultation pretty fast and scheduling a date took a while because of covid and staffing, also I needed to gain some weight before I could be cleared for surgery so all together it was a 10 Month process. It also took a while because they just started doing these types of surgeries at the reading hospital so it took some time to figure out the scheduling,

6 weeks in, how active are you able to be? Are you able to exercise at all?

I am basically back to normal, I’m not a person who works out or anything but as far as walking and running and sitting I can do it all. I’m actually going back to work on Monday so I’m excited for that. I’m also able to lay and sleep in any position I please. It’s usually in the mornings I’ll feel a little sore down there but once I’m fully awake it’s all normal

Okay thank you! I am a professional athlete, and am having surgery this upcoming tuesday so I am a bit stressed about how soon I will be able to return to playing again

Everyone recovers at a different rate but as long as ur taking it easy the first month it will all go smoothly from there 😊

Professional athlete sound sa bit strenuous... you may not be fully back for a while.

I have been stuck working in construction... and after 5 or 6 weeks, when I could walk normally and move around comfortably, I had to start working again.

I was able to do "light duty" type of work, I installed some flooring, and patched some sheetrock... installed fixtures In a medical facility... but I had to take it easy as the pain would get pretty bad if I didn't.

That said, your milage may vary... I am currently at 5 months post op... and at 100% again. I can run, lift as much as I am physically able... and only dilating once a week or so... with the largest size.

My surgery was in August with Dr Dugi at OHSU, and the results are amazing. Looks, feels, and FEELS amazing!!!

Not having any pain besides dilation can be a bit tight and uncomfortable sometimes but that’s normal, I did have some granulation treated a few weeks ago but it all seems better now

Love the fact you decided you didn't need revision, because that really does look amazing.
