[3m 4d post-op] MAMMOPLASTY AND PENILE INVERSION VAGINOPLASTY - Dr. Kanhai - Netherlands - surgery from 16/nov/2020

Breast implants are under muscle 390cc
So it's been already 3 months, healing is going great, feeling us just great, orgasms are very possible, so is vaginal penetration sex, depth currently at about 13-15cm
Complications: The only complication I had was the wound on my breast suddenly getting infected about 4 weeks post-op even though the wound was already fully closed by that time. Probably was caused by some stitch that didn't disolve properly and needed to come out. unfortunately that had to heal for about 6 weeks and caused a bit uglier scar. Fortunately no complaints in terms of function.
Accidentally with a little too vigorous dilation I did some minor damage to my vaginal canal that causes discomfort, but that's lretty much healed up by now.

Looking into silicone gels or pads, Contractubex and Mederma may be an option.

Mainly machnes that isolate hips and thighs. Squats, legpress, abductor, etc. Also biking and speed walking. for my waist and belly just some basic balance training and bodyweight core training.

Do you adhere to a special diet? Or have any recommendations Even before I decided I wanted too transition dieting was the easiest thing for me personally too accomplish. My only issue with the gym is I get in my head about not seeing results so I get discouraged. I don’t eat much at all lately I’ve been doing Soylent and other meal replacement things. Trying too stay away from trans fats and artificial foods. I’m not on hrt or anything just trying too get healthy at the moment before I do anything. You look great by the way, I didn’t realize I was on transgender surgerys either I thought you where cis at first.
no diet for me, normal meals 2-3 times a day. we talking pancakes, steaks, pasta... I am a foodie so I eat and snack a loy . I suppose I do a lot in the gym (200kg legpress, 3km run, 20km bike..) and I also have a fairly active lifestyle with parties, 5 days a week of work as a waitress, etc, helps a lot.
What helps the most there though is having the ability to afford nice food. as I mentioned I am a foodie andI like to cook so I use fresh ingredients, lower the fat contents myself, lotsa vegetables too.

about 2cm around the prnis and under scrotum, if you don't know ask the doc or the laser provider

Hey, I was just reading this. Could you tell me why you recommend getting a bigger area lasered? Do you have trouble with hairs in the wrong places? And also, how long did lasering take in total for you?
Hair is useful for hiding scars. Careful removing more than you have to.
The doctor told me I was (fairly) hairless around the area in between my anus and my scrotum so I don't have to laser at all. I am happy to hear that, but I am also a bit confused and therefor hesitant. What about the area around the P? Isn't that supposed to be lasered as well?
i do have to remove hair from the entrance of the vagina often, not a lot, but something i gotta do. the scars, especially here, aren't bad at all, I sometimes have troubles even seeing the scars myself
