That looks pretty normal for day 29. The stitches look to be falling out and dissolving, no infection that I can see. I’m not sure if you’re supposed to be spreading it like that so early though.

No worries, pain is still very normal at day 29. There’s going to be pains that don’t feel like the normal throbbing as nerves reconnect and wake up. I wouldn’t worry about spots that look disconnected either because unless there are large areas of black or white necrotic tissue, or continuous blood loss, then the tissue is still getting blood flow and still healing. That white spot is probably just a scab or cyst that is your skins process of healing damage.

Have you had your followup appointment with Chet yet? Will you be able to see Sri before you go?

Have you already had one followup? Chett and Sri both seemed very reasonable to me. I had my surgery about a week before you, and I know there's a lot of stuff that might seem weird or wrong, but is actually fine. I don't know about your case, but for me pain in weird spots when dilating is normal and comes and goes, especially when changing size.

I would demand a followup for the SRS before you leave. Make it non negotiable.

Make it non negotiable.

How are you supposed to do that?

It's not like you have leverage, I'm more just saying that you need to make it clear to the staff that this needs to happen for you to be satisfied.

Past that point already I think.

Posting it on reddit might make a difference, and if not at least it will help others in the future.

Bright side...no sign of infection. Sending healing thoughts❤

I would say if they're messing w you like that, go home and try to go to a doctor in your area who specializes in these kinds of surgeries, bring in as much documentation as you can so they know what they're looking at, and then schedule an appointment with a gyno, ideally one you know is trans friendly and make sure they know that you need them to not stick anything up there.

Source: this is just advice I've seen others give and am repeating for you. Best wishes and for what it's worth to my untrained eye nothing looks too sketchy to me there.

That's Chettawut off the cards for me then. Will reconsider if this gets resolved. Fingers crossed for you.
