Wow that’s amazing I’m having a bbl done in October and I’m exacted but scared. Was this cash pay or insurance? And get ur rest love I how u have a well recovery ❤️🩹
How do you feel ?
I need to book a consultation and get pricing so I can set some financial goals, you look incredible already.
Hi sweetie where is he located at? and does he have a website i wish you speed recovery
[deleted]
Thanks sweetheart 😊
Wow! Excellent work, and your shape is amazing!
[deleted]
Well, I need a similar body kit to what you got. If my surgeon says he can't do it, I'm probably going to call Dr Delvecchio. You are goals, now.
Damn im jelly but happy it went well lol

Why does it hurt so bad???
Wow! Some serious curvature.
[deleted]
I have a question, why did your skin have a different tone in the second pic or is that just the lighting?
[deleted]
Ah, I see now😂
Omg you look great. Make sure to take in lots of protein and calories so the fat in the hips and butt survive. I love how he made you curvy😍
How long do you need to do that for the fat to survive permanantly????
My surgeon told me for about 3 months after. 6-8 weeks the fat should be somewhat stabilized but just too be safe I’d say longer. It’s not uncommon for bbl fat to melt away throughout a year. I’m sure the chances of this happening go down significantly when your taking in the proper amount of calories+ nutrients. You never want to be in a calorie deficit because you will lose the bbl results gradually plus your body is repairing itself. It’s normal for some of the fat to go away once swelling is complete so it’s important to do everything you can to keep what you can.
Wow I did not know the first 5-10 pounds go straight to your booty. Nice to know.. I have such a hard time gaining weight and maintaining my current weight..I probably won’t do it but I just learned something new!
When did your surgeon say you can sit and lay on your back. For me.. in 4 days it will be 6 weeks post op. I’m def going to sit.
I didn't sit on my butt for 3 months... Sat on my legs after 9 weeks (special pillows). Didn't sleep on my side or back until 11 weeks. I went to Del Vecchio also and I recommend!
Omg that’s so long. I’ve had some girl tell me to refrain sitting and sleeping on my back for 3 months.. For best results. My surgeon told me 6 weeks which for me will be in 3 days I can without any support. But I just can’t go without driving/flying that long. I have to work and I’m dying to sit tbh, i have butt implants so my butt isn’t going anywhere but the extra fat grafted to my butt and more importantly my hips.. I can’t have that go away 🥺
I'm using the boppy pillow now that Del Vecchio's office suggested - i have a memory foam pillow under that and my legs rest on the boppy part. My butt touches the cushion but has very little pressure being put on it. I also had a standard "BBL" sitting pillow and a few other things I found along the way. My favorite recovery device was the ""Booty bean bag." I could lie on my back with my butt hanging in a hole while i watched TV.
Amazing!
Can i ask how much??
$13 a cheek lol
You think you are sooooo funny 😂
Aren't I though?

That is super helpful thanks!
Whoa Starbucks covers body feminization too??? I heard they did ffs and ba's but didn't think they would cover this too!
Wow! That's an amazing result!
Looks freaking amazing
What is bbl
[deleted]
Ahh so its like fat repositioning
Congratulations! This is what I want too. Balance out my shoulders, get my body to fit my pants!
Do you know how many cc’s he removed? Would you be willing to share your before weight/height?
I also just had a bbl but I’m already thinking about round 2 lol, definitely interested in the inner thigh lipo because mine look like your before pics and your after already looks significantly better.
Great results though!

Thanks for the response! Congratulations on the weight loss too! I also used to weigh 80lbs more than now but there were stupid fat pockets hanging around in the same spots you had. I love my new contour so much! But the “sausage legs” as my partner so lovingly calls them…gotta go eventually 😜
Just wait until some of the swelling around your new waist goes down some more…. It’s so satisfying
I’m about 5’8” and 180lbs. Would you share what your weight was? I’m pretty sure I should put a couple pounds on before getting it done.
Unfortunately my body turns cake into muscle.
Wow! Congrats! This is my dream body!
Omg this is what I was asking about last time. Care to share how they made the hips area wider/fuller?
[deleted]
I think in the right hands mine can look really good. I'm quite slim but I'm quite a small build. I just want more feminine hips and firmer rounder butt.
This is perfection 💘😻
Incredible!
Looks great!
Does he not work with Starbucks insurance directly? Also what was your consultation to procedure timeline, like how long was the wait
[deleted]
I would love to have this procedure done.
I love his results on Insta. I think it is the first time I see a Trans patient from him. Do you have a post pic now?
How was the consultation process? You mentioned you live in Boston, but for me, who lives on the west coast, its been a long, informal string of text messages. It’s a bit weird.
[deleted]
Awesome. lol. Yeah. It’s been super weird. Just as long as I know I’m actually talking to his clinic/him maybe, I’m all in. Thanks.
I really got turned off by the text-based consultation I had with Delvecchio, but am now reconsidering based on your experience u/Wide-Marionberry4803 .
Here's one of the weird exchanges I had with him . Doesn't exactly give me "I'm focused on your care" vibes.
But then, OP looks amazing .
Hah. Yeah. That’s similar to my experience.
Though now that I think about it, ever try to read anything a doctor has written? It kind of checks out.
True true, but that's why surgeons have staff. Someone who knows how to communicate well, attend to detail, and generally ensure that the patient's well-being is looked after. When the channel of communication is bad, that's a red flag to me. If I need to contact the surgeon post-surgery, I want to know that the communication is going to be rock solid.
Wow, you look amazing. It makes me want to sign up. My biggest concern is the amount of time that you can’t sit. How long have you been instructed to not sit? What other post op instructions were you given?
That looks AMAZING! I just had mine done last Thursday. Not as big but I know your pain. Lipo is no joke... Especially the THIGHS! I also added a BR with mine.
Stay hydrated and hope your recovery goes fast!
