week 4 bluebond-langner and zhao vaginoplasty
soooo week four. a lots kind of happened. at my last followup they pulled out a bunch of stitches, ouchy, and blood clots, eww. having the stitches out makes the labia feel soooo much better in a lot of spots. i can still feel where there are some left bc it feels like an ingrown, but much improved.
removing the clots that were inside has removed all the bleeding while dilating. clots get stuck in there and then liquify so every time i was dilating some of that came out, now its pretty much no blood at all when dilating. huge relief.
im on blue, but dr says to work on green at least once a day. try to get to green by week 6-8. when i use green tho, theres lots of resistance.
i added a standing picture so you can see how i look standing. i know thats an angle i always wanted when i saw progress pics. if you see dark spots on my abdomen thats where the tape they use to seal the packing kind of pulled off skin. so, hopefully that discoloration will go away in time.
the red at the introitus is just sensitive raw skin. hopefully it will clear up soonish. i go down to 3x a day dilation at 6w sooo. heres hoping that helps.
god do i wish i could do hair removal bc im not a fan of having 70s bush holy.
Dr bluebond Langer also squeezed blood clots out of my labia on my third follow-up appointment. My wife watched in horror and this lady doctor was assaulting with her pinchers. Lmao. It was hilarious and it felt so much better after the removal of stitches. You have some great symmetry going on and congratulations on having such good results.

Oh yeah. I'm visiting NY for my 6mo follow-up and everything is mostly great. I have some incongruence in my labia and my labia majora is almost non existent but things are getting better every day. ๐ค๐๐๐

im still keeping things mellow but im walking pretty normal. just keeping walks to a couple blocks. im pretty noodly regardless. completely lost my butt definition though, so excited to be able to start working on that again
Looking amazing, for the timeframe and just in general. Swelling will keep going down and it'll look even better. How's your mental state??? I'm at week 2. A bit bored and the background pain is annoying but overall I'll live and am so glad to have a vagina
week two is still pretty tender. but after about week 2-3-4 youre starting to hit smooth sailing period. hang in there!

honestly too early to tell but i doubt the peritoneal flap will produce enough for comfortable sex
