I thought peritoneal flap is linked with something inside
In this particular care its a peritoneal *graft*.
Not a pull through one, right?
The tissue that is laid out is the peritoneum that was harvested laparoscopically.
Would you mind naming the surgeon?
Dr. Houtmeyers in Belgium!
am just surprised you even have these photos so soon after surgery. When I woke up I was fully packed and didn't see anything for days.
I asked the surgeon to take the photos before everything was bandaged.
Amazing
Thanks for the info, would you mind sending updates on how things would be going in the future? I may be considering the same surgeon one day for insurance reasons, and any knowledge would be gold.
Omg when did you get your surgery got mine on the 12th of april there is a chance we where in the hospital at the same time😂
Would love to hear about your results! Are you happy with the aesthetics and the feel? Did you have a long recovery?
I'm trying to choose a surgeon for SRS.
Could you give an update on how it's going?
