UPDATE:
Pain is finally gone (just some peak during the day like 2-3 times a day), I still am a lot swollen so I can't close my leg or walk normally but if I sit or waddle there is no pain.
Dilation is not painful but I am still tight (using a 3cm diameter wax dilator) so I have to do it twice a day 40 minutes each, I am considering buying the green and orange dilators to wide up my entrance.
Yesterday I bleed a bit from a skin tag I got inside but nothing to worry about
I also got my first orgasm and I am pretty consistent having one whenever I want. I tried to touch below my belly as I am to sensitive and it workssss!!!! I have no word to describe it, amazing explosion from the inside ππ

It looks quite good, when the inflammation is completely gone it will look perfect, I have some questions about your recovery: How has the process of vaginal dilations been? Are they painful? How is the vaginal depth? It remains the same? What are vaginal douches like? How long do you have to do them for? How is vaginal lubrication with PPT? How is the sensitivity?

Dilations are not painful at all even if I am a bit tight on the entrance it feel like stretching but not painful, just really boring. First times it was painful but more on my pelvic muscles, it feels like a very strong urge to poo but it lasted just for the first 3 minutes
Vaginal depth is 17,5 cm and it's always the same, I just insert my dilator in 2steps halfway then after 3 minutes all the way in. I am a bit tighter then before because scars are forming and the will flat out in months but I can use 3,0cm diameter dilator and I am moving to 3,5 soon
Douching is required until 3 months mark (then you can just do it twice a week with water) and is nothing to be worried about, first times felt like air in the bowels like dilation did due to pelvic muscles, now it feels completely normal and it really clean properly
lubrication would start after 6 months mark especially because I have very low estrogen level ( my stupid endo keeps me at 40 pg/ml) but when I get horny usually something comes out so it's definitely start to produce some lubrication
sensitivity is super in clitorid and clitoral hood to the point it affected my normal walking but is also very pleasant. Labia are still numb on the outside but sensitive inside while vaginal entrance is now sensitive enough I can feel it when I take out dilator
