Everythings great. Dilating is once a day now. A tad bit of granulation. I can orgasm. I think ive had like 6 so far since 3 month update. Cant complain

I wasn't able to reduce to once a day dilation at three months, so just a heads up that the "tightening phase" of healing may still be ahead and you might have to increase your dilating at some point in a month or so.

I have looked at the Mosaic website, searched her name in the Trans surgeries sub, your outcome is the best. Having had surgery with her, do you think this qas a one off, or do you think she will now be consistently turning out results like your? Did she make changes go her technique that are now common practice for her?

How the hell is a medical professional leaving their mask on unprofessional in this day and age?
Lots of us live in our masks now. I've fallen asleep in them multiple times while on call. The pandemic isn't over yet, in fact it's getting worse again, especially since people have given up and we are finding that severity of illness is getting worse with subsequent infections.
