Now remember that this is right after the procedure. Swelling hadn't even started properly. I could not spread my legs as much, nor separate my labias in fear of separation. I will probably post the final result some months from now.

Your results look great! I also have a bank vagina, I’m pre revision and would love the opportunity to ask you a few questions over DM if that’s cool?

Looks great! Their revisions always look amazing, it really builds on the first surgery. I just left Thailand from primary, probably just missed you.

Do you mind if I ask, besides anterior and posterior, did you get anything else done? Also, how did you feel about going with Dr. Bank after having Suporn for primary, and did you notice differences between the two?

I was saddened that Dr. Suporn was not able to "finish" his work. But Dr. Bank is doing so many and I have a lot of faith in him. I can only speculate if there would have been a difference. There's no way to tell now. Maybe Dr. Suporn wouldn't reduce the clitoris? No way I'd know.

Besides posterior and anterior I had a clitoral reduction, urethral reduction and correction, correction of an area that would easily bleed underneath the urethra, removed a few excess skin flaps, removed "pockets" formed at the lower labia minoras, and fixed asymmetry between the labias. My two major difficult decisions were between reducing the size of the clitoris and whether I should make one of the labias more shallow or one deeper. I went with shallow.

I went with Dr. Suporn. A second cosmetic improvement surgery is included in the price. He stopped doing surgeries after a medical emergency so I had to go with Dr. Bank.

I think you are referring to my stretch marks?

They had nothing to do with the surgery. I just got through puberty really fast and got stuck with them.

As far as I know, he doesn't use extra skin.

He will use some tunica vaginalis if believes he can't get enough depth with scrotal tissue. But if you don't have enough tissue he won't finish the minora, I.e no clitoral hood. I had surgery there in april.

Not sure, he said he will tidy it up in the revision but I feel like I got unlucky and am an outlier

He might, but I have not heard of any girls needing this, so anecdotally uncommon.

Not OP, but I had surgery with him in May and had limited scrotal skin. He had to use the tunica vaginalis for me, but this isn't an option for you since you've had an orchiectomy. In your case, if scrotal skin isn't enough, he'll just take more skin by extending the "V" incisions further up (based on what he told me in my consultation). Shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Originally 6.5 inches, but it's gotten up to between 7.25-7.5 inches. If you check my profile, I made a post discussing my experience including depth/dilation if you want to check it out :)

Overall I'm super happy with my depth, although my scar contractions are just beginning so we'll see what happens.

I’ve never heard of anyone getting a revision with them who had their surgery with someone else.

Nice girl :) Did you apply scar gel during the past year of recovery time? :)
