Wow Day 0 looks better than all other vaginas this early post-op
In my experience this is pretty typical, as it's before all the swelling hell kinda kicks in. Some surgeon photos I've seen on day 0 just look fantastic, then you look two weeks later and it looks like someone sat on a bomb, and then it slowly comes back down over time.
