The works basically. Hair line lowering, type 3 forehead, brow lift, rhinoplasty, upper lip lift, chin and jaw contouring, tracheal shave, and fat grafting

Where was the incision done? At the hair line of over the head?

My hair length is really similar to yours in the before photo! Were you able to keep it long after surgery?

Ty I get that. I was considering a few things but I'm afraid of the pain. I had SRS but don't think I can handle FFS.

The pain has been mostly manageable. The not being able breathe out my nose is driving me insane

It's been really hard. I knew it would be and I'm living in my fear until I can get the splints out of my nose this week, and then things should get a bit better. Thankfully I've got the support I need helping me out which made it a lot easier to follow through with getting the surgery I very much needed.
