I echo this. Hair inside or the entrance to your vagina is bad bad bad. UTI, infection, dysbiosis, issues with dialation and more.

Was your doctor negligent in explaining this?

Im a dr Thee girl too and Siam Transformative explained the importance of hair removal its the first thing they address actually.

In my case i did 6 laser sessions plus one free laser in thailand about a week before surgery so about 7, i didnt have the option for electrolysis in my country due to salons not wanting to work on a woman with a penis. I did have hair at the entrance not enough to be visible on pictures but it was obvious when i checked in the mirror with a flash light but it started to fall out gradually and the shedding sped up once i added boric acid suppositories to keep the ph levels of my vagina acidic. Im hairless now.

Hair cant survive acidic moist and warm environments. But i think it wouldn't fall if i had penile inversion and canal was dry , i believe moisture/ daily discharge is a big factor for the hair follicles dying off which happens only with peritoneal and colon techniques.

Agreed on the peritoneal part. It’s not an issue for those with peritoneal or colon.

However the standard is PI. And this largely remains dry. The percentage of those existing with a peritoneal or colon vaginoplastly is minimal compared to those with PI.

To anyone reading this comment if you plan or even have a slightest chance of desiring bottom surgery in the future, begin hair removal now. Now. Electrolysis if you can. If not electrolysis then double your sessions of laser.

Yes i agree with what you said , hair removal is important for srs especially if the surgeon doesnt do follicle scraping. This was what i thought prior to surgery too despite not being able to do electrolysis i squeezed as much laser sessions in as possible pre surgery, it also helped that im not that hairy naturally the laser lady told me usually cis women she sees have more pubic hair than i did. But the hair the OP has is possible to fall off especially those further in , i talked with another woman who had srs ppt hybrid in the US her doctor did follicle scraping for the skin graft and she had hair growing back after about a year her hair fell of she used boric acid once a week to keep the vagina acidic and examined her self with a plastic speculum no sign of hair.

My point is yes defo get hair removal pre srs electrolysis is prefered but in OPs case is something that can be solved.

is not inside, that is outside skin and they will fall with time as the pH changes

also I had 3 laser session but laser isn't forever also if you do 9-10 sessions

hairs will fall off as the internal conditions will change

I'm afraid it won't, it's a bit more challenging but you can get it removed.

Incorrect for penile inversion which is skin and the canal is mostly dry not for ppt and colon.

Shock hair loss. Be prepared to have frequent yeast infections from the sebum your hair follicles produce if u don’t address it

I always douch and keep clean the inside canal with water and the outside surrounding part with gently soap. Waiting for the probiotics building up an acidic environment and to discourage hair growth thank to the mucosal discharge

How do you groom the hair on the inside? I hear this is a big concern if I wanted to get surgery.

I don't have hair inside, just at the entrance. I did laser but is not permanent solution. I can wait them to fall as my bacterial flora builds up or I can shave them. As long as there are not inside the canal is not an issue

Woooow, your result is very good, beyond the inflammation it looks great, when you are completely healed it will look perfect, I have a question: How is vaginal lubrication with the PPT technique?

7
Mon Aug 1 20:24:04 2022 UTC

it lubricates for sure, I don't know if enough to stop using lubricant because I never tried. But sometimes when I get aroused my underwear are soaked!!! Sometimes more sometimes less, having the right E value helps with that and also Omega 3 supplements

Wow!!! That looks AMAZING!!!! Dr. Theerapong is definitely one of the doctors I'm considering for SRS, Dr. Sutin is another.

How much did it cost overall? And what has your recovery been like?

~20k € considering flight and rent in Bangkok all inclusive

We are in the same situation, I contacted Siam Transformative and the Interplast Clinic and they told me that Dr. Sutin works with them and does the PPT technique (only there, not in PAI)
