8 week post op Dr Sanguan Phuket
I tried adding more pictures but I can't. 8 weeks in and feeling really good. My pee stream is direct now, still some redness at the vaginal entrance, really good clitoral sensation and getting just over 6" on the largest dilator.
This is hands down the best srs I’ve seen and at only 8 weeks. Did you go above and beyond in terms of recovery or did the doctor just do an amazing job? I’m absolutely in awe, congratulations!
I truly believe that having a surgeon that has been doing this operation for such a long time and is meticulous in his process has been the most beneficial end results and healing.
Dr Sanguan is not as well known as he does not share photos of his results online or with patients, preferring to respect their privacy. He is very high up in the Thai plastic surgery industry and is a humble, gentle, caring person.
I was up and around the second week after surgery, spending the week in Patong shopping exploring and dining before flying home to NZ. I hear of so many stories that recovery means to be bedridden for so long and I just so happy that I didn't have that experience.
Mind you new zealanders r very strong built people we have a we will be alright attitude

Sure, he uses a variation of penile inversion, using penile skin for the vulva and scrotal plus skin graft skin for the vaginal canal lining. It is a two-stage process, The first stage creates the vulva and the canal, the second stage lines the canal a week later.
