Irrespective of the way things are arranged down there. But mileage will vary. Plenty of cis women who also have a long refractory period, and vice versa for cis men. Just more common to have shorter reformatory period, and more intense orgasms on E.
Not like thereās any real difference in inmervation between the glans penis and clitoris. They are very much the two variants of the same organ. So itās 99% how your brain interprets the signals, rather than how the tissue is placed exactly.

There is no sensation inside the vaginal canal, just like cis women. The sensation is instead on the inside of the vulva, the clitoris, the g spot, and the extra "chonburi" organ.

That's uh... definitely not typical for cis women. There's less nerves inside the vagina than the vulva and clitoris but the first 1/3 at least has sensation and can provide sexual pleasure, although often not enough for orgasm.
By "no sensation" do you mean you literally can't feel any touch at all, or that it doesn't feel particularly pleasurable?
Yeah what I mean is sexual sensation. There isn't much in the vaginal canal because that would be a problem in childbirth.
I ment that this method differs from penile inversion. The sensate penile skin is used to make sensation in the clitoral hood, inner labias etc, instead of being inverted. The goal is to place the sensational parts in the most anatomically correct way and throw as little away as possible.
I have sensation on the inside, like I can tell what is happening there when I put a finger in. There is also a feeling of fullness and warmth. But not sexual sensation that can create orgasm on it's own. Orgasm should be possible by PIV sex though, as the other parts outside of the vagina are stimulated, aswell as the g spot inside.
I'm more interested in the texture of the canal and if the tissue self lubricates.

Where's your clitoris? I assume hidden but something I think these posts overlook a lot of the time is some of the "inner" details. I feel like that might be somewhat important. inner as in between the lips and such - not like...spread open with a speculum inner lol.

I was not circumsized. I know that the suporn clinic is still very good at working with those who are though. They have a lot of american patients and the circumcised results I've seen are very good.
