Update! 3 months post op coming up.
I have stopped taking probiotics for over a week now. And it seems to stay self cleaning! I haven't dousched inside for a month, and there is no smell at all. My biome seems to survive on it's own even though I dilate so many hours every day.
It's also been weeks since I've noticed any discharge. Today I condifentally wore panties the whole day without needing a pad, and they stayed clean the whole day.
I have also explored a bit and WOW i do have tons of sensation, maybe even more than I had before surgery. I'm also able to get wet.
I've dropped dilation down to 2 times a day and it keeps getting better and better every day.
Superduper happy with the result and I've cried happytears so many times.

None of them. It is suporns noninversion technique. The vaginal lining consists of scrotal skin, 10% mucosal urethal skin in the back, and tunics vaginalis.

What is the recovery been like for you? That's a lot of dilating I read u have to do.
I was scheduled for surgery back in June with them and had to back out cuz I was too physically weak and concerned about being in bed for too long.
I have been very lucky with my recovery and I think it has been faster than average. (For the suporn technique. This technique has much harder recovery than other srs techniques)
At 3 months post op my dilations have dropped to 4 hours a day. And I'm one of the luckier ones. I know a few unlucky girls almost a year in whoose lives are still consumed by dilation.
There is also tons of minor complications expected, I've managed to escape most of them. Only had some minor clitoral necrosis, bleeding and an antibiotic allergic reaction.
And yeah you will be laying 7 days straight in a hospital bed not being able to stand up without passing out. It is a extremely big surgery and it is important to be aware of all this before going into it. Srs recovery is tough, especially with the suporn method.
I have 0 regrets though, and everytime I dilate I admire my vagina and am very happy about it. I love it so much and it was all worth it for me.

This is true for penile inversion. Dilation and recovery from suporn clinic is one of the biggest drawbacks of going there. You'll be unable to walk properly for months.
Post op depression because your life revolves about dilation is very common unfortunately.

It is a very big surgery and it is practically impossible to go through it without complications. It is important to know that there is a huge differenence between complications and complications!
For example, in my home country, the srs provided by the government has a rectovaginal fistula rate of 2-5%. This is sooo much and I'd prefer not risking serious conplications like that. Poop in the vagina is not a fun thing to deal with. (Suporn clinic has below 0.1% for this complication for reference)
Those I'm talking about in regards to the suporn clinic are very minor and TEMPORARY. Like granulation, minor necrosis, bleeding, stitch separating, etc. Almost everyone encounters a few of theese kind of complications, it is part of undergoing such a major surgery. But it is okay and the problems go away! And dr. Bank is always there to fix it while you are in thailand. They check up on you every day during your stay.

I'll copy paste a message I sent to another person about my experience. Hope it is helpful.
"So I read everything on supornclinic.com
I then contacted the clinic and filled our their patient form to get preapproved.
Then I waited until they announced the next release of dates. I sent an email and snatched one a couple seconds after their release.
Then everything was set up through regular email contact with the clinic.
About 1.5 years after having decided I wanted to go, I arrived in thailand ready for surgery.
You need a phsyciatrist letter to prove you are trans and able to get the surgery. I got mine through swedish healthcare but that was a lot of struggle. The other swedish girls I met got theirs through gender GP. This letter will be pre-approved by the clinic via email ahead of time so there's no suprises.
I then was taken to the hospital, got examined, and met for consultation with dr. Bank.
The next day I had my surgery.
After that there was a 7 day recovery period hospitalized, after which I was wheelchaired to my booked hotelroom. (Clinic helps set everything up).
Nurse and dr. Bank visited me every day in the hospital.
And during my whole thailand stay I got to see dr. Bank many times. As well as daily checkup by nurse coming to the hotelroom.
In total I spent about 30 days in thailand. It costed about 23k USD including flight, surgery, hotel and food. I also smuggled home 2 years of estrogen which the clinic can help you buy from a pharmacy.
Recovery from the suporn technique is twice as long as other srs methods. And dilation is rough in the beginning. For the first few months you need to dilate 3 times a day and it is very very time consuming. After about a year you are considered fully healed and by then you only need to dilate couple times every week. How much you need is dependent. The dilation time also decreases after that. I know some fully healed girls who only dilate every couple months to check depth.
The method retains the organ that produces precum. So you'll be able to selflube afterwards. Dr. Bank also includes some urethral tissue and potentially the tunica vaginalis. Theese will add to the moisture of the vagina.
My depth is 16.5cm. Width 34mm. I had not that much material but was uncircumcised. My depth is below average for the clinic.
Unlike pretty much all other surgeons, this method retains all sensate tissue. What is not included in the clitoris is integrated below it. This provides extra sensation and is a backup incase anything goes wrong.
The vagina is very aesthetic and they do their best to place all the parts in a way that is anatomically correct.
I am super happy with my results and I'm sure you've seen them in the server. Even though I'm only 2 months post op.
The suporn clinic also offers free cosmetic revision for all patients, but most patients are happy enough that they never come back."

I just ordered room service food from the hotel, or ate with other patients in the restaurant downstairs! The stay was supergood, nurse visits everyday for a checkup and you get to see dr. Bank every few days.
The biggest thing is dilation. It will consume your life for months afterwards.

I was lucky and got 4 months off work in total. I return to work once my dilation hits 2x per day. It is rough but I'll manage

What is the dilating routine ,how many sessions and how many hours?
This depends massivly on the person.
Month 1-3: 3 times/day Month 4-6: 2-3 times/day Month 7-12: 1-2 times/day 1 year: 2-3 times/week
Each session being 2 hours total in average. Dynamic dilation with 2 sizes of dilators.
Some people must dilate 4 times a day and have a much harder time. Others have it easier. In my experience this estimate applies to most people.
Ok so I’m gonna give you mine, so I can feel good about something.
Month 1: 3x a day Month 2-3: 2x a day Month 4-9: 1x a day Month 9-12: 1x every two or three days
I got lucky with dilation compared to others but dilation still absolutely sucks. I’m not very strong mentally and if I had to do the typical dilation schedule I’d have a mental breakdown. Dilation is invasive and after a while, having to stick something in yourself every day gets very exhausting if not downright traumatizing.

No, and I regret not doing it.
There is 0 hair inside the vagina because they scrape it off during surgery.
However, I have hair in the entrance (purely a cosmetic thing) and I don't like it. Some girls do electrlysis there beforehand. I plan to get it afterwards.

Yes dr. Suporn created the method and used it in his own clinic until he retired. Now dr. Bank is the only surgeon in the clinic. And in my opinion he is just as good or better and their techniques are identical
