Can I increase depth through dilation?

Hello, I have a peritoneal graft at about 11cm depth. Has anyone had any success increasing depth through strongly dilating or any other surgical or non surgical means?

I had a penile inversion vaginoplasty with Dr. McGinn in 2017, and developed vaginal stenosis within a year. I had a peritoneal flap revision with Drs. Bluebond-Langner an Zhao in 2020. It did increase my depth and girth. I went from the first dot on the blue SoulSource dilator to the last dot on the orange dilator. Over the next year or two, though, that also stenosed. I still can get an orange dilator in there, but only to the first dot.

I tried so hard to reverse this through strenuous dilation, but it only brought blood and pain. While I don't doubt that some people can regain depth solely through vigorous dilation, it didn't help me. I had a lot of scar tissue to begin with and my body responded to the new peritoneal flap by making more scar tissue. Everyone is different.

I had a PPT revision. My depth has been about the same. Some days I can fit in more than others. I had difficulty with width in the beginning but I’m a much better place now and get green in to the 3 sometimes fourth dot. Gonna work on orange when I start regularly using green.

Hi, I had 12cm of graft and then after surgery I can get the rigid soulsource into the second dot (10cm) and the silicone soulsource into 11cm. I’m on the biggest for both. I’ve checked out the blog, thanks, and it had some useful stuff but not a lot about grafts. 😊

There's not much posted about this sort of thing, but I suspect it won't t be much different. I think I may have read peritoneal tissue is not as strong as with penile inversion so perhaps there's more risk of injury if you're too aggressive.

The surgical methods to increase depth would be peritoneal or colon vaginoplasty, but I'd suggest a different surgeon.
