have you had PIV sex? is it more comfortable than anal? does it work easily without dialation first?

It’s more comfortable than anal for me. I still have some tender spots. It depends on the partners size but yes I have done the sex without dilation first.

It looks very nice 😊 I m about to start hrt and also want to Keep my Penis. This is very interesting

Yeah! Information that surgery to create non-binary results (of various kinds including this) is just so thin on the ground. I ended up getting a modified standard result and even then I had no idea of my surgeon would agree going into my consult. Knowing what's possible and what the likely tradeoffs are is a good part of the battle. Finding surgeons willing and able to do it and medical systems willing to approve and fund it is the rest.

It’s difficult to find a surgeon, basically have to call around and ask. I met all of the normal qualifications including hrt and presenting fem for years before surgery

would you reccomend this surgery for an ftm bottom? i still want to be able to have vaginal sex but i also badly want a penis due to my bottom dysphoria. i didn’t know that this was an option. would you reccomend?

Nonbinary salmacian surgeries are totally possible for FtM people! I recommend you check out r/salmacian for community.

One user you should check out is u/nbsage ! They had their photos stolen by transphobes so they’ve deleted a number of them (understandably so), but they had phalloplasty and glansplasty with no urethral lengthening, scrotoplasty, or vnectomy. Their setup seems similar to what you want!

Another user you should check out is u/nonbinaryphallo ! They initially kept their natal anatomy and had phalloplasty, scrotoplasty, glansplasty, and urethral lengthening. Now they’re looking into getting a vnectomy, but their initial journey is still documented on their page!

OP
Tue Oct 25 00:44:19 2022 UTC

There’s a few trans masc folks who have them. They would probably be a better person to ask 🄰

This surgery is vaginoplasty with penile preservation, which would not be applicable for you if you have a vagina but not a penis. If you want a penis and a vagina, and currently have a vagina but no penis, you would be looking to get either phalloplasty or metoidioplasty without a vaginectomy. This is a fairly common procedure, and there is no requirement to get a vaginectomy along with phallo/meta—most people get a vaginectomy just because their vagina gives them dysphoria, but there's no reason why you can't keep it.

If you do forgo vaginectomy, there is an increased risk of complications with urethral lengthening (if you want to pee out of your penis), but these complications are fixable. You just might be looking at having a harder recovery and more surgeries to repair your genitals. But it is still possible, yes.

5

You can get phallo/meta without getting a vaginectomy, it might be a bit more complicated if you also want UL but if you don't you're set

That looks really good! I'll have to show these to Dr Avanessian when I see her for revision/labiaplasty.

So happy to hear you're doing well! šŸ’•

Wow 10 months already looks really good, so how do you feel about it? Any difficulty you had in day to day life with it? I'm really interested in PPV and have considered it for a long time if I can get the chance I think I'd go for it.

First few months is 3x a day for about 1.5-2h total 3-4months 2x per day recommended at 45 each(I do longer) 6+months 1 session at 45minimum (I do about 1.5-2h)

difficult

Don“t know if you have seen it ... here was a discussion about a topical application and application for post op people was also discussed there.

And in general keeping levels of e still well in the female range may be advisable. A neovagina may react to estrogen like a cis vagina and with levels in the menopausal range there may be issues like dryness etc., like in menopausal people.

Keeping balls is a big maybe, they would be in the way. And you would also need an external graft from another area I’m close to normal depth

Not op, but I had an orchiectomy 14 years ago and have been taking estrogen for 20 years. I’ve lost a bit of size, maybe 20%? But it still functions properly. Sometimes to an annoying degree.

This is the first time Ive seen a good PPV result. It is so hard to make a labia when youre working with only scrotal tissue. FtX people have it way easier.

Anyway, congrats with the great aesthetic result. I feel so much better knowing my friend is getting this procedure from him now that Ive seen your results. Also how does it feel to be Dy's first?

6
Tue Oct 25 11:55:13 2022 UTC
(1 child)

FtX people still have the difficulty of trying to create a penis without enough genital tissue to create one. No foreskin and no size difference between erect & flaccid if you go for phallo :( That and the complications with UL and having to have bottom surgery in several stages, but assuming we're only comparing final healed results here

2
OP

Yea phalo is pretty rough too

2
Tue Oct 25 13:08:40 2022 UTC

FtX people have it way easier.

Not from what I've seen, I've seen a good amount of good ppv results and like 1 option that would give me something similar. There are other options that are easier but they don't achieve something like this
