It actually looks a lot better than most I've seen here.
according to the doctor, the depth and width are minimal (depth is 3 inches, width is 1 inch).I demanded that because of personal reasons. I don't like deep vagina unlike the majority of mtf.
She is going to look fabulous once the swelling subsides!!

That looks like normal dried up blood/scab, I think necrosis is more gray but NAD
