a lot of my friends say that the black part on the labia minora is necrosis, and I need a return visit for debridement. is that true? for some reason I can't trust the information from doctor because doctors don't admit their mistake. doctor is Dr.Thiti, penile inversion vaginoplasty

I don’t really know enough to be sure, but I would expect so. Whether it is in any particular case I’ve no idea. Smoking and obesity does lead to higher rates of necrosis.
I am very skinny, 23yo and I don't smoke or drink but still l got necrosis and it's worse on the left labia l don't really know what caused it
It’s hard to say what’s going on here. Dr Thiti doesn’t have enough reviews to offer any opinion on how good he is.
You should visit him again to get this taken care of. I don’t know what will happen if you don’t, but best not take any risks.
It’s only been 14 days so you should be seeing him for check ups anyway, I hope.
My surgeon was sutin
Sorry, didn’t realise it wasn’t the OP. There’s more reviews for Sutin, though still not a large number.

He's a good surgeon, he's not letting me go back to my country until I get better so he does care about his patients at least
I think it might be necrosis, l am also 26 days post op and I have necrosis and some granulation tissue, l don't think it's the doctor mistake a part of the skin graft didn't survive because of poor blood circulation in the area it could happen no matter who is the dr, correct me if l am wrong
