yep healing nicely. I got that done awhile back but I kept the scrotum so I could get SRS later on. I guess you decided against SRS but it looks great and healing nicely so congrats :)

Can you still get an erection after orchi?

I did not take testosterone. I became impotent about 4-6 weeks after my orchiectomy. I lost all sexual desire and did not even realize that I was impotent until months later.

Interesting I’ve been on HRT for 20 months and can take cialis and do ok but wondering if I ventured into orchi territory if I could still have penetrating sex.

I don't take anything for ED and I've have like almost 0 T levels for like 4 years and I can still have erections normally. It all depends on the person. I also know people who couldn't have them from like a few months in.

My testosterone levels are unmeasurable <0.01 because I had taken testosterone before my orchiectomy. My adrenal glands have quit producing testosterone. My doctor said that You usually need some testosterone to have erections.

Is this procedure for patients who don’t wish to undergo GCS in the future?

CONGRATULATIONS GIRL. I’m so jealous and also so happy for you. You have the most beautiful look down there and it’s the goal for this girl as well. I’m just gathering up the money for my own orchiectomy and scrotectomy and I will probably get myself done in the spring of next year. You have exactly the look that I would love to have. Your recovery is going beautifully. I’m certain that you don’t miss those testicles and the poison that they were spewing into your bloodstream. 💜💜💜💜💜. Congratulations once again.

The swelling was the hardest part, I felt super bloated and it was kinda hard to move around and go to the bathroom. If you look at my other updates I've posted, I talk about it a little in the posts and in the comments

Is this still swollen? I always thought it'd look more like nothing after orchi+scrot. Healing seems to be going super well tho ♥️ Congrats.

It's not really swollen but the skin hasn't retracted as much as it will.
