Wow! From a cisF, this is great work. I cannot tell a difference. You didn’t need to get hair removal? My gf says and most of my reading says that hair removal is a must before SRS.

Thank you for sharing.

PPT (peritoneal pull-through) requires much less hair removal if at all :)

I’m hearing that is the case. Thank you for letting me know which one you chose. I want to be as supportive an informed as possible for when my gf gets her srs. 🤗

I’d think it’s far more likely they want your money asap and it’s not their problem when you have internal hair.

Quoting Dr Sidhbh Gallagher is not the glowing endorsement you think it is.

If surgeons were behaving ethically they would tell people the risk and let them decide for themselves. i.e. Informed consent.

But in that same way if people had internal hair growth at an increased rate for these surgeons they would be put on blast which would be terrible for their business.

You'd think so, but it doesn't work that way. Because the rate of post-op hair is relatively low most people in the trans community don't understand the risks they are taking, and don't bother to do any research even if you put it right in front of them.

Thank you for the opportunity to learn some more on all of those things. Just spent some time reading through everything you sent. I don't want to be a source for misinformation so I deleted my past comments!

Thanks again and I hope you have a great day! <3

There’s no need to delete anything. It’s a conversation people can read and take from it whatever they want.

Oh that is good news!! Plus, the hair removal treatments are so expensive. Just wish there was a gentler way to get permanent hair removal for facial hair. My gf’s dysphoria is triggered by it so much.

I totally feel her pain! Facial hair removal is such a drag no matter if it's shaving or something more permanent! 😫

Just a heads up if she isn't aware, Nair works for like four weeks and doesn't laser stubble for the majority of it

How much depth were you able to get and retain? Also if you don’t mind me asking…how’s the internal sensation? Like does it feel good? Comparable to anal or is it a completely different feeling…or no feeling at all? Sorry about all the questions. Just inquiring

I can get in all of the dots! I used to be able to go way past it but while sizing up it shrunk back down. It feels physically pretty similar to anal honestly with the p-spot, but I feel much more euphoric about it, and I usually get grossed out by anal but with vaginal i have none of that. It's much easier to finger my g-spot. Using a dildo feels pretty similar too. Overall very happy! I had a g-spot orgasm once and it was wonderful.

Wow great result!. I'm also Asian and I hope mine will turn out similar to yours :) If you don't mind, may I ask some questions?
1/ Did you have much donor material preop? How was the penile length?

2/ Did you do any hair removal at all?

I had a fair amount of penile tissue, but it wasn't super necessary because I did PPT. I had about 6".

I did some hair removal on the perenium, but it wasn't super necessary because of PPT
