If it’s causing trouble with penetration then I think that’s fair to be concerned and possibly get a revision

That last two pictures are when I am not excited. The other others are all peak horny mode.

My concern is the swelling when aroused. It seems excessive - to the point that it restricts the ability to put anything not small in my scar tissue opening. (Don't ask.)

I'm sort of pretty happy with the results when I'm not aroused.

Thoughts? Ideas? My year appointment is coming up, and I need to prepare points of talking.

It seems like you have a pretty good idea of what you want to address, and have a decent ability to explain it based on some of your other comments. I'd make a bulleted list and go through it with your surgeon; don't be afraid to speak up for your needs if you feel like they are being dismissed.

I think that's worth having your surgeon look at that and asking for a revision, because that looks excessive to me.

So questions do the surgeons normally do a revision for free. If so go back to the same surgeon

I also wondered about that

So, if you won't name the surgeon, which country did you go to for the op?

I can’t speak to if it’s “worth it” since I’m still preop but if it’s bothering you, definitely mention that to the surgeon at your appointment. Removing excess erectile tissue is a very common revision when I talked to my surgeon in consult, and it sounds like it’s bothering you at least a little.

Make sure to advocate for yourself! If it’s important, push on it.

I have less erectile tissue but still enough to be a problem. It's worst after orgasm, so I'm kind of curious if I can get it to atrophy if I just don't masturbate for a while?

He left plenty of material for revision.

That is a way to look at it.

What is the idea with leaving erectile tissue?

Yes, that warrants revision.

And you need to share the surgeon's name.

How long ago was your surgery? If it doesn't hurt or effect penetration then this is a cosmetic concern. I'm not sure what I'm looking at, mine came out a bit different. When I'm aroused it doesn't change shape or look different other than below where I pee and above the entrance the tissue there gets darker red and a bit more sensitive in a way that doesn't matter. It hurt to get aroused for a good 8 months after my surgery. Regarding other comments, if having your surgeons handy work on the internet would change anything then maybe you should at least have a revision consult with someone else.

I'm a bit afraid of naming the surgeon until I see if he will revise. What should I address? Open to DMs please.

we're not going to attack the surgeon or anything, its just a pretty big deal to risk going to a surgeon in a capitalist world where we have to save and pay money for someone to cut and stitch us up; so surgeons have to be held to a standard, imo

Pay no mind to these people demanding info of you.

I get the reasoning, but if I fuck my chances before I know if I have them, I'm screwed because of my insurance, my finances, and where I live. I'm sure they can see these posts from time to time.

Besides, I'm not questioning his skill or ability at this point. If he can step up and correct / improve shit, I'll be good. I just want to be validated in feeling that something might be up, and then to have some input on what to bring up at my 1 year checkup.

Depending on that check up, maybe I'd consider releasing the place I had it done. For now, I'm hoping they correct things.

It is. Yes. It's from the back of the clit down through the entry of the canal.

I think you're right about erectile tissue. As for other revision, the clitoral hood could be better defined. Also, the labia minora could be brought down to frame the vagina.
