You're only 4 months post OP. Yes, plan a revision if you are still unhappy but let things heal (6-12 months). I would like your results; nice definition between majora, minora and hood; all parts proportionally sized and positioned. Mark the calendar for an aesthetic revision in 6-8 months if you are still unhappy.

The W bit could probably be hidden by medical tattoo

I guess it’s easy enough to revise, though obviously you shouldn’t have to.

I believe that would get tightened up while removing the raphe line in revision. Also, I see one of the labia minora doesn't seem to connect to the clitoral hood on one side. It should be trivial to connect them in revision, as well.

If it were me, I'd be very happy with that result. If you have the resources to tweak things, that's a bonus.

I looked at the pictures first and then read your post. Your result looks good and I wouldn't have noticed what bothers you. Sorry if this isn't helpful.

Looks amazing, especially for four months. As others have said, don't fixate on some of those tiny details, once you're at the 1year mark then you'll have a clearer picture.

To my eyes, nothing looks botched. Have you even seen a botched job? Yours looks nothing like it!

Idk if this was mentioned and im lazy to read the comments. But wait it out. I'm almost 3 years post op and I notice the scars(cause I know they are there) but no partners have. The colour variation dissapeared after 1.5 years. Your body needs the time.

Since it looks so good when you have your legs closed, a revision with another doctor with better aesthetic skills should get it to the point without much effort. For me seems like you have an excess of material.

Ok, personally I'd be very happy with your result. Having said that, if you wanted a revision around the entroitous, it should be quick and easy❤️

You're only 4 months, it takes about a year to get close to what it will look like. I think you look good for 4 months.
