I wonder because on the right side does not want to go down the swelling even after 6 weeks. Can massage this area be helpful? How do you advise yourself with cramps and swelling?

Healing is as you can see, a lot of internal stiches around the urethra, you can't see them here but believe me that 90% of the stiches are invisible because they are under the skin and only sometimes you can see how they move from place to place.

I am trying to put off the medication oxy completely, I take it every 18 hours/ 5 mg or so, in the meantime I will take paracetamol 500.

Pain is low 2/10 but is very uncomfortable due to swelling and frequent cramps so this level can go up to 8/10, so far I can't enjoy sitting and in practice walking is also a bit of a problem.

In addition, some white liquid comes out of my hole and I wonder what it could be, is it the remains of the gel? no odor or signs of infection. Do You have the same ?

Congrats on getting surgery and you look lovely, I’d keep an eye on the discharge, if it’s a thicker cottage cheese like substance it’s a possible yeast infection, also keep and eye out for any changes in how you feel, if you have any concerns I would make an appointment with your doctor/surgeon to check up and make sure your healing properly Edit: I wouldn’t massage much without consulting your doctor just in case, it might be possible to tear your stitches if not careful (also not post op so I’m not 100% always follow up with your medical practitioner)

Ok this is nothing serius, this liquid is from all wounds that are inside and can be like that for few more weeks. Nurse tells me its normal.

It looks great!!!

Does it still hurt, especially on and around those red spots? Any "Fitta Fis" "honest question, I heard it happens)?

yes it happens that it hurts or burns, but also dryness and swelling are unpleasant.
