How does a neo vaginal canal suddenly colapse?
Did you just not dilate for a long time?
I am just curious cause i never heard of that before.
Edit: i realized youre the one with the blood stool after 6 months. Sister, get a surgeons opinion. Dont keep delaying
I'm sorry for your loss. Colon revision might be something you want to consider in the future.

Hope it gets better. I wish you the best in life. ❤️
Call your surgeon and/or a trans knowledgeable gynecologist. While a revision may be unfortunately required, your biggest concern right now should be determining whether there is a risk of tissue necrosis and/or sepsis due to having a possible closed 'pouch' in the distal portion of the neovaginal cavity. Take care of your physical health first, then you can make an informed decision about what steps need to be taken next.
How long it have been from surgery?
Can i ask how that happen ?? Genuinely curious

Don't know if you have seen it ... here might be a few resources that could help you too.

It may be recommendable to contact a few surgeons. A number of surgeons do revisions. Here may be more, and Djordjevic may also be an option, there are pictures of a revision on their website. They also work in NY from time to time.
And here was also a discussion.
And some people use a small rod and try to dilate at least for some depth. Here at the bottom may be more, and also here . Talk it through with your med persons in case.
And for aftercare looking for local med people who are experienced with trans people may also be recommendable. Asking at lgbt places or support groups for a referral may be a good idea. And here was also a discussion.

It doesn’t die and become necrotic.
